Shipping Terms

Delivery is made within Germany as well as worldwide to all other countries.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
The standard shipping cost within Germany is €2.90. Shipping is free of charge for orders with a minimum order value of €22.

International deliveries:
The shipping costs for international deliveries depend on the destination country. They will be displayed in the order overview after entering the delivery address.

Please note the applicable customs regulations in your destination country.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–4 days. For international deliveries, delivery time depends on the destination country and cannot be reliably predicted. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Returns

The costs of returns are borne by the buyer. The buyer is free to choose the shipping service provider. We recommend a shipping option with tracking and insurance. Please notify us of your return in the context of a withdrawal at info@kranich-pharma.de.
